Step 1. Registration on the website

To get started, go to vatoff.eu and create an account. It takes no more than two minutes: enter your email, set a password, and confirm your registration.

Step 2. Choosing a product and submitting a request

This is the key stage of how to place an order: find the product you need on any Polish website or marketplace and copy the link. Send it to the Vatoff manager via the order form on the website.

Example: you found an auto part on Allegro.pl, but the seller does not ship abroad. Send the link to Vatoff, pay the invoice we issue — we take care of the purchase and delivery.

Step 3. Cost calculation and payment

After receiving the request, the manager calculates the full cost. The entire ordering process is transparent: you see the total amount before payment and it includes no commissions. Only:

• the cost of the item;
• the cost of delivery within Poland to the Vatoff warehouse;
• the cost of delivery to your address.

Step 4. Purchase and receipt of the item
