Buying goods from Polish stores and marketplaces (such as Allegro) has become easier with the Vatoff.eu service. Even if the seller doesn't ship internationally, you can order, pay for, and receive your parcel directly to your home. Follow our step-by-step instructions.
1. Register with Vatoff.eu
Before making purchases, create an account on the vatoff.eu website. Registration will give you access to your personal account, where you can create shipping orders, select a convenient delivery method to your country, and track your order status.
2. Register with the store and select a product
Go to Allegro or any other Polish store and create an account (if you don't have one). Find the desired product and pay directly to the seller.
3. Enter your delivery address and Vatoff.eu service address
In the delivery form, please include:
- Your First and Last Name, as specified when registering with Vatoff.eu,
- Add "VATOFF" to your First and Last Name,
- Specify the Warehouse Address: 3 Maja 4, 16-100 Sokółka, Poland / Include your phone number if necessary.
This will allow the warehouse to identify your parcel and prepare it for shipment abroad.
4. Create an order on the Vatoff.eu website.
After purchase, go to the order section: 
Include:
- Link to the ordered product (leave a comment if necessary)
- Full delivery address in your country (e.g., Germany, France)
- Preferred payment method for shipping.
5. Submit your order for processing
After creating your order, simply submit it through your personal account and wait for it to be processed by a service manager. Once processed, pay for shipping using your chosen shipping method.
6. Receiving and processing your parcel at the Vatoff.eu warehouse
Once your item arrives at our warehouse, you will receive an email notification, and your order status will be updated in your personal account. If necessary, our staff will:
- Take photos of the contents,
- Repackage the parcel,
- Combine multiple purchases into one to save on international shipping.
7. Delivery to your country
After preparing your parcel, the service will ship it to the specified address. You will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your parcel.
8. Receive your purchase
A few days after your parcel is shipped, the courier will deliver it to your address.
